Most commonly used email setup is pop3, so select this when your setup your account.
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain (please replace your domain with your actual domain for example
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain

Username: Full Email Address (for example

Password: as emailed
Also under More Settings button, click the Outgoing Server tab and make sure the following is ticked:
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Use same settings as my incoming server
Please Note Telecom Users: If you find you can't send emails out but CAN recieve, try changing the Outgoing Mail port from 25 to 26, which is under More Settings.

If you experience problems, make sure both SSL and Secure Password Authentication are turned off.
